Welcome to the team Hayley & Nicole!

As we’ve added even more fantastic clients to our growing list since the new year, we’ve also expanded our team again.

The Red Cow family has grown by two, in the form of Search Marketing Executive Hayley Powell, and Intern Nicole Boldison. The additions to our incredible team are due to a number of new client wins in December, and since the new year.

Hayley joins us from an in house digital marketing position at Westpoint Recruitment, where she was responsible for growing the online presence of the company via SEO, social media and email marketing. Having primarily used these resources to grow the company’s candidate base, getting a taste for digital marketing sparked a keen interest for Hayley which left her eager to learn more about the digital marketing industry and wanting to work within an agency environment that would nurture her willingness to learn. Hayley started with us in January and has really taken to the position, assisting other team members with client work and content.

Nicole is currently a third year student at the University of Manchester and is studying for a degree in Management, Leadership and Leisure. She joins us on a 10-week long internship as part of her degree, which covers different marketing principles extensively in modules that include ‘marketing & consumers’ and ‘marketing & promotion’. Nicole has had previous experience in social media and customer service at fashion brand Missguided, which sits extremely well with our current client base. During her internship Nicole will be learning about agency life, and gaining further experience of different forms of digital marketing, eventually culminating in a written report that will form part of her final year grading.

We’re extremely pleased to have both girls as part of the team, and are looking forward to seeing more of what they can do!
