Red Cow Media was founded by directors with experience in both agencies and senior in house digital marketing positions. Based on our experiences on the client side of the fence, our agency has been purposefully structured to eradicate many of the common frustrations we found when working with agencies ourselves. As a result of this invaluable perspective, we have a core set of values that underpin everything we do, from our technical work to our interactions with clients.

When working with Red Cow, you get a focus on quality of service and communication. We have chosen to remove account managers from our business model, so communication is directly with the person working on your campaigns, meaning real time updates and honest, in depth information from an expert.
We conduct independent quarterly client feedback which is carried out by a third party and fed back to us. Since we begun this exercise at the beginning of 2016, this feedback consistently associates Red Cow Media with honesty, integrity, knowledge and results. As feedback that has come directly from our clients, this is an achievement that we’re incredibly proud of.
