BACKGROUND

Bo+Tee is a clothing brand that offers premium women’s gym clothing, loungewear and other garments. Bo+Tee is known for its conscious effort and commitment to producing products that are environmentally and socially responsible. Being one of the leading gym brands in the UK their mission is to keep their ethical values while producing high quality designs that stand out from the crowd.

THE BRIEF

With celebrities and influencers wearing the iconic brand, Bo+Tee already had a great position in the gymwear market. However they’re online presence was lacking as the majority of users searching for gymwear and loungewear began their journey on Google.

We need to fully audit the website from a technical, content and off-page perspective to identify core areas to improve to gain much better keyword rankings.

The brief did change during our work with Bo+Tee as the brand wanted to pivot towards the loungewear industry, rather than gymwear. We advised Bo+Tee to keep landing pages on the website to maintain gym wear traffic as keywords had performed exceptionally well.

The Results

As you can see from Search Metrics below (a third party tool used to score overall organic visibility) we began our work in March 2022 with a score of 56, in June this had increased to 290 and many unranking keywords had started to move onto the first page of Google. As of July 2024 the score is 670 a 10x increase in online visibility.

On the table can see some of the priority keywords that we improved performance on. We helped to increase organic traffic and revenue on their core collection pages, and also created new collections to target additional users looking for specific styles.

Users looking for health and fitness advice would land on our blogs for information, while also becoming familiar with the brand. While these users aren’t ready to purchase now, they can then be retargeting via social media and Google ads and help to offer more data for other campaigns.
