Avalanche bloggers event

Monday 23rd March saw some of Manchester’s biggest bloggers, influencers and ‘movers and shakers’ at Italian Restaurant, Avalanche Restaurant and Bar for an evening of delicious food, plentiful drinks and a great crowed for their bloggers event.


Although we are more commonly known for our specialities in Search MarketingRetargeting and Social Media, Red Cow have begun to move into the world of events. We were approached by Italian restaurant, Avalanche Restaurant and Bar , to assist them with a re-launch night, promoting the new management and menu.

Having previously organised a similar occasion, for one of the North West’s most popular Indian chains, eastZeast, our extensive network of some of Manchester’s biggest bloggers, reporters, influencers and ‘movers and shakers’ were all invited down to enjoy the evening.

The event was started with a warm welcome from the superb staff at the restaurant, and the offer of a glass of fine Italian wine. A typical Monday was transformed into a delightful evening of delicious food, great wine, Prosecco and a vibrant atmosphere from a lovely crowd.  An appearance was made from the Manchester singer/song writer, JSKY, who offered us a lovely welcome note to settle everyone in, with his unmistakable charm.

Once seated, our guests were presented with a bottle of Prosecco, with the starter served shortly afterwards. Being keen Italian diners ourselves, the team here are Red Cow were all eager to dig into our three-course meal; starting with a platter of Arancini, a various trio of bruschetta and delicious baked camembert.

As you can imagine, this left everyone keen for more, and between generous refills and networking amongst the crowd, the second course was served, as the talented Michelle Lee performed her vocal act. We were presented with a surf and turf platter for two, accompanied with roasted vegetables and thinly cut potatoes.

But for anyone with a sweet tooth (like the team here at Red Cow Media), the main event had to be the dessert. The restaurant was presented with a delectable trio of mini desserts; cheesecake, chocolate cake and Tiramisu.

As you can imagine, the evening was a huge success from all angles. A restaurant filled to the brim with guests all left having an authentic Italian dining experience from beginning to end. From the moment the doors opened, the feedback received has been overwhelming. Social media accounts for both Avalanche and Red Cow were blown up with food images, hashtags and positive reviews, along with an influx of blogs and articles from our guests.

All in all, a fabulous night for us all!

Events such as these are one of the most effective avenues for raising your restaurant, or bars, online and social media presence.
